The relationship between a parent and child isn't always easy, especially when the child becomes mature and strikes out on their own. Do they approve of my chosen profession? Am I living up to their expectations? Are they proud of me? “Picture” is a heart-felt song on the complications of the father-son relationship and mortality. The track has its beginnings in November of 2021, which we eventually recorded at our personal studio in the Chicago suburbs.
